I have to say that this piece is preaching to the converted, but it definitely does build a strong foundation for an argument for games as art. You have chosen some of the most beautiful games with some of the best music. Some of them I haven’t played in a while and I’ll be going back to play again soon.
I think that games add an additional dimension to art. Interactivity. The fact that the art gets made by, with, and through the gamer is the thing that elevates games to a whole new level for me.
